Senior Account Executive
Float is a rapidly growing fintech located in the heart of Stockholm, revolutionizing non-dilutive growth funding for SaaS and subscription businesses. Our innovative funding empowers founders to access crucial growth capital without relinquishing equity or risking personal assets. With substantial funding secured, our goal is to infuse 1 billion SEK of growth capital into SaaS businesses over the next 2 years.
Role Overview:
As a Senior Sales Executive at Float, you'll be instrumental in identifying and nurturing new business opportunities within the SaaS industry in your assigned territory. Your role will encompass virtual and in-person meetings to build and foster relationships.
Responsibilities:
- Focus on acquiring new clients by presenting our outstanding products and services.
- Identify sales opportunities, establish relationships, generate interest, and guide potential customers through the entire sales cycle.
- Conduct effective discovery to identify clients' needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
- Qualify, develop, and close new business opportunities from incoming inquiries and assigned leads.
- Manage the entire sales pipeline, from initial outreach to deal closure.
- Conduct informative introduction meetings for potential clients, elucidating Float's solutions and benefits.
- Exceed sales goals consistently.
- Maintain meticulous records in HubSpot and deliver accurate sales activity reports.
- Attend external conferences, and meet-ups to pitch Float to prospective clients and provide on-the-spot demonstrations.
- Act as the primary point of contact for new clients, collaborating closely with the Marketing and Credit Analysis team.
- Provide continuous feedback to the management team, contributing to the enhancement of Float's solutions and Go-To-Market strategy.
Who You Are:
- 5+ years of B2B sales experience.
- Proficiency in financing basics.
- CRM software expertise (HubSpot preferred).
- Exceptional communication skills.
- Customer-centric mindset.
- Highly motivated, organized, and adept at multitasking.
